Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 kgs boiled potatoes


  • 1 cups white peas soaked overnight


  • 1 1/2 tbsp tamarind chutney


  • 1 1/2 tbsp green chutney


  • 2 nos onions chopped


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 4 nos bread (make bread crumbs)


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 4 tsp salt (as per taste)


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 1 tbsp fine sev (ready made)


  • 1 tsp udupi ruchi chaat masala


  • 1 tsp amchoor powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Boil potatoes mash them
  • Soak white peas overnight .wash and pressure cook it till it gets cook cooked add turmeric powder and salt during cooking
  • To the mashed potatoes add bread crumbs salt and spices
  • Make the shape of tikki and shallow fry in hot tawa.
  • For assembling put tikkis in the centre of the plate.
  • Add tamarind chutney,green chutney,curd over it.
  • Add chopped onion, coriander leaves ,little red chilli powder over it.
  • Add thin sev over it.
  • Yum aloo tikki chaat ready .
